Bill was rescued from a local Traveller site. He was suffering badly from strangles and was so weak he was literally carried up the lane to the Sanctuary. He had to be isolated from the rest of the equines while he was treated, making a slow recovery. Bill is a quiet pony but don't be fooled he will raid your pockets if you have any treats.
